Russell Kendzior (President, Traction Experts, Inc.)—NFSI President/Chairman

Russell J. Kendzior is the President of Traction Experts, Inc. a slip, trip-and-fall prevention consulting firm located in Southlake, Texas. Mr.Kendzior serves as the Chairman and NFSI President.

Steven C. Spencer (Facilities Specialist, State Farm Insurance)—NFSI Vice President

George J. Mecherle started State Farm in 1922 as a mutual automobile insurance company owned by its policyholders. State Farm has grown to include 79,200 employees and more than 16,700 agents servicing 71.6 million policies in the United States and Canada. In just over 80 years, State Farm Insurance Companies has grown from a small farm mutual auto insurer to one of the world’s largest financial institutions. But despite State Farm’s growth, Mecherle’s original philosophy of insurance coverage at a fair price coupled with fair claim settlement has remained. This board seat is represented by Steven C. Spencer, Facilities Specialist with State Farm Insurance. Mr. Spencer serves as the NFSI Vice President.

Howard W. Harris, M.D (Founder, Traction Auditing LLC)—NFSI Treasurer

Traction Auditing LLC, is an independent, third-party, walkway auditing agency providing professional walkway auditing services to commercial facilities. We identify areas within a facility with a high risk for slip and fall events and assist with remediation to reduce the incidence of injuries to employees and customers and limit proprietor liability. This Board seat is represented by Howard W. Harris, M.D, Founder, Traction Auditing. Dr. Harris serves as the NFSI Treasurer.

Marc Adelman (Principle, TVS Interiors, Inc.)

TVS Interiors, Inc. is a nationally recognized interior design firm with offices in Atlanta, Chicago and Dubai. The firm is known for its strategic planning services, sustainable design initiatives and its unique design solutions which are represented in the firm’s multiple market segments. It is known as a leader in the design industry being consistently listed as one of the nation’s top 100 interior design firms. TVS Interiors is a corporate affiliate of the international architectural firm, TVS, recipient of the AIA 2002 Architecture Firm Award, the highest honor awarded to a firm by the American Institute of Architects. This Board seat is represented by Marc Adelman, Principle for TVS.

Andrew Wambsganss (Shareholder/Partner, Brown Pruitt Peterson & Wambsganss, PC)

Andrew Wambsganss is a recognized civic, community, government and political leader in Texas with long-standing relationships in Washington, D.C. and at state and local levels throughout the United States. Mr. Wambsganss has worked in the executive, legislative and judicial branches of government in Washington and in Texas. Most recently, he served as Mayor of Southlake, Texas and is a senior, managing partner with a Dallas/Fort Worth based law firm. He has served as a judge and in other elected and appointed positions over the past two decades. Mr. Wambsganss worked for Dick Armey (Majority Leader, United States House of Representatives) in the 1980’s prior to joining the Second Court of Appeals of Texas in 1991 as a briefing attorney for Justice Hal M. Lattimore. Following completion of his judicial clerkship with the Court, Mr. Wambsganss joined Brown & Thompson, PC- becoming a shareholder/partner in 1995. Mr. Wambsganss acts as general counsel for many domestic and international businesses as well as many non-profit entities while maintaining an active litigation docket that focuses on commercial litigation.

Richard Bing (Senior Marketing Manager, Cintas Corporation)

Headquartered in Cincinnati, Cintas Corporation provides highly specialized services to businesses of all types primarily throughout North America. Cintas designs, manufactures and implements corporate identity uniform programs, and provides entrance mats, restroom supplies, promotional products, first aid, safety, fire protection products and services, carpet and tile cleaning and document management services for approximately 900,000 businesses. Cintas is a publicly held company traded over the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol CTAS, and is a component of the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index. Cintas operates 430 facilities in the U.S. and Canada, including six manufacturing plants and nine distribution centers that employ approximately 30,000 people. Michael Patterson (President, International Executive Housekeepers Association)

The International Executive Housekeepers Association (IEHA), is a 3,500-plus professional member organization for persons employed in facility housekeeping at the management level. The organization was founded in 1930 in New York City, and is now located in Westerville, Ohio, a suburb of the State’s capitol, Columbus. Executive Housekeepers are managers who direct housekeeping programs in commercial, industrial or institutional facilities. They supervise staffs ranging from a few to several hundred people and handle budgets from a few thousand dollars to millions. IEHA provides members with an array of channels through which they can achieve personal and professional growth. Some are: leadership opportunities; resource materials; education program designation; employment referral service; networking; an annual convention and trade show including several education sessions; and a monthly trade publication, Executive Housekeeping Today. This Board seat is represented by Michael Patterson, Presdient of the International Executive Housekeepers Association, Inc.

Dan Wagner (Director of Facility Service Programs, ISSA)

ISSA – The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association. Since its inception in 1923, ISSA, formerly known as the International Sanitary Supply Association, has brought together professionals in the cleaning industry to network, learn new business concepts and develop industry standards for a cleaner away-from-home environment. Known as the worldwide cleaning industry association, ISSA has more than 5,700 distributor, manufacturer, manufacturer representative, building service contractor, in-house service provider, and associate members in more than 80 countries. The association is headquartered in Lincolnwood, IL, USA, with regional offices in Amsterdam, Netherlands; Leicestershire, United Kingdom; Mexico City and Monterrey, Mexico; Singapore; and Shanghai, China. ISSA also works with more than 75 associations, alliances, and government agencies around the world on an ongoing basis to represent the cleaning industry.
